I can’t say enough great things about Trip and his team. I started my home-buying process around December 17, 2025, and with the Christmas and New Year holidays, I realistically didn’t expect to close until late January or even early February. To my surprise, I closed on January 16, 2026! This wasn’t my first home purchase, but it was by far the smoothest and fastest experience I’ve ever had.
